Our church had the end of the year choir program tonight.
We used a western theme this year, and the music was super cute.
Lee's class got a little wild with their handkerchiefs.
During this song, they were supposed to wave them over their heads. Several of them, including Lee, dropped theirs. Most were able to recover and pick theirs up and move on. Lee was not so lucky. His flew over the kids in the front and landed on the floor. He was pretty bummed about it, but he finished the song without his hankie. This was his last year in our "preschool" choir department. Next year, he will join the big kid group, Music Makers, which is comprised of 1st-3rd graders. He is excited about that, but he is most looking forward to getting to move out of the preschool wing and go upstairs in our church to his new class.
